LÆRKE SANDERHOFF

Lærke Sanderhoff was born and raised in Hjørring, in Northern Jutland. Lærke has read dramaturgy at Aarhus University and graduated as a playwright from Aarhus Theatre in 2004. In 2008, Lærke wrote the script for, THE SUNFISH¸ a theatre play that won a Reumert for “This year’s big, little performance”.

Together with Søren Balle, Lærke also co-wrote the screenplay for Film Maker’s adaptation of THE SUNFISH, which won the Danish Academy Award for best adapted screenplay in 2015. Today, Lærke sits on the board of The Danish Dramatist Union.
